Installation instruction

ATTENTION! If you have no experience installing electrical devices on vehicles, you may
not carry out the following work yourself. Have installation and connection carried out by
qualified specialist personnel.

Remove your rear license plate including any holder. Instead of the built-in holder, if
possible, use the old mounting holes to mount the license plate holder with the
camera. First hold it to the vehicle and prepare for assembly.
■ Expose the interior behind the license plate so that you can look at the license plate
carrier from the inside. Look for an existing cable duct in the rear of the vehicle or in
the tailgate in the area of the license plate and license plate light. If there is no
usable cable passage here, you have to drill your own cable passage.
■
Push both connectors one after the other through the hole in the vehicle. Please
seal the cable duct carefully with a suitable body sealant so that no water can
get into the vehicle here. Screw the license plate holder into place and make
sure not to damage the cable seal. If necessary, seal from the inside.

■ Mount the license plate: First insert it under the camera at the top and then snap it
into place at the bottom.
