4.Programming the receiver
Programming the operating parameters of the receiver is carried out using a dedicated
BT Control application for devices with Windows, version 10 or higher, with a Bluetooth
module version at least 4.0.
The application is available for download from the website:
www.maxbt.dtm.pl
In order to efficiently carry out the programming process of the receiver, the following
sequence should be observed:
Step 1: Download the BT Control APP.
Step 2: Connect the receiver to the power supply.
Step 3: Establish receiver-application communication.
Run a search in the application for available MAX BT receivers within Bluetooth range.
The application can connect to one device at a time. The connected device is no longer
visible and available to other computers. If there are more receivers working nearby,
select the one you want to configure from the list..
The application will ask for a PIN. The factory setting is the PIN 0000. After five

unsuccessful attempts to obtain the receiver's authorization, each subsequent
attempt will block the device for 5 minutes. The time until the end of the blockade is
displayed in the application. During the blockade, the device will reject any (even valid)
PINs.
Step 4: Make receiver settings in BT Control app.The application is clear and intuitive.
With the help of the application, you can add remotes, configure receiver outputs and
methods of adding remotes remotely. You can view receiver events and create a backup.
5. Formatting the receiver
During the receiver operation, press and hold the SW1 button for 10 seconds until the
RTC diode changes. Formatting the receiver restores factory settings, deletes all
remotes and events.
