Issue
The appliance does not heat up the water, the

5. cleAning
Always pull the plug of the appliance from the power socket and cool it down completely before cleaning.
Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or power base in water and avoid exposure of these parts to moisture.
Wipe the exterior of the body with a damp cloth or cleaning agent.
Do not forget to regularly clean the filter. For easier cleaning, detach the filter by pulling up the lip, and then reinsert
it after cleaning.
Attention!
Do not use any chemicals, steel, wood or abrasives to clean the exterior of the appliance to preserve its shine.
Descaling
The appliance should be regularly descaled, because mineral residue in the tap water can form scale on the bottom
of the appliance's inside, thus reducing its efficiency.
You can use a standard descaler and follow the instructions on the packing box.

Use citric acid:
1. Pour 20 g of citric acid in the kettle and add 1 liter of water.
2. Boil the appliance; let it soak for 1 hour. Empty the kettle and rinse it.

the household appliances disposal rules. Take the appliances to a point of collection for recycling. Such services are
rendered by large supermarkets selling appliances under the 'trade-in' program.
The packing box protects the appliance from damage during its transportation. We pick the packaging materials
taking into account the environmental compatibility and disposal methods, and therefore their secondary use is pos-
sible. The recovery of the packing boxes saves raw materials and reduces wastage.

If the appliance is not going to be used, store it in a clean and dry place. Make sure that the appliance is clean and dry
