FRONT FORK/HANDLEBAR HOLDER MOUNTING
1
1.
Place the plastic bearing cover on the fork (Fig. 1.1) and then mount the bearing
with the balls facing upwards (Fig. 1.2).
2.
Insert the fork into the bike frame (Fig. 1.3).
3.
Install parts on the upper part of the fork, which also serves as the head tube, in the
following order: the bearing with the balls pointing downwards (Fig. 1.4), the wide
bearing cup with the flat side pointing downwards (Fig. 1.5), the bearing race (Fig.
1.6), the rubber sealing ring (Fig. 1.7), the metal flange (Fig. 1.8) and the sleeve
(Fig. 1.9).
4.
After all parts are installed, mount the handlebar holder (Fig. 1.10), place the metal
clamp/cap on top and screw the whole thing together using the supplied Allen key,
tightening it carefully (Fig. 1.11).
5.
Finally, tighten the handlebar holder clamp to secure it to the handlebar and connect
it to the fork (Fig.1.12).
NOTE: If you tighten the top screw too much, you will increase the resistance of the
handlebar and may damage the bearings. Tighten the screw carefully until play is
removed from the fork, ensuring that the handlebar moves freely.
HANDLEBAR MOUNTING
2
1.
Use an Allen wrench to loosen the 4 clamping screws and remove the outer clamping
part located on the handlebar holder (Fig. 2.1).
2.
Insert the handlebar with the rubber grips into the clamping device, making sure that
it is seated in the groove, centrally in relation to the handlebar holder.
3.
Put on the external clamping part and fasten all 4 screws by tightening them with
an Allen key (Fig. 2.2).
NOTE: Make sure the handlebar with rubber grips is mounted centrally in the holder.
Also check that it is immobilised and the outer part of the clamp is tightened.

WHEEL MOUNTING

3
Front wheel
1.
Place the wheel in the front fork so that the threaded ends of the axle are in the
mounting brackets (Fig. 3.1).
2.
Put the washers on the axle ends so that the washer hooks drop into the dedicated
holes in the frame (Fig. 3.2).
3.
The final step is to put the nuts on both sides and tighten the wheel to the bike fork.
Rear wheel
1.
Place the wheel in the rear fork of the frame so that the threaded ends of the axle
are in the mounting brackets (Fig. 3.3).
2.
Put the washers on the axle ends so that the washer hooks drop into the dedicated
holes in the frame (Fig. 3.4).
