ADDITIONAL FEATURES (ANY FUNCTION)
PURIFIER FUNCTION
Ventus Dual Tech release negative ions into the environment to purify it. The purifier is always
on in any on the function modes.
"VANE" BUTTON
If you want to enlarge blast area in your room during any function mode, press the VANE
button. The vertical vents will move from left to right to redirect the airflow; the vane icon will
be illuminated. To stop vane, just press the vane button again, the vane pilot light will go out.
Moving the horizontal louvers either up or down can make further wind direction enhancements.
"TIMER" BUTTON
Set the time by pressing the timer button to select a desired timing level as follow, the
range is between 1-12 hours. Ventus Dual Tech will turns off when time selected is reached. The
display will show the selected timing level.
REMOTE CONTROL
Remote control has the same functions as those described in the control panel. Use CR2025
battery (included).
FALLING SECURITY SWITCH
If the unit falls down or tilts, it automatically turns off.
MAINTENANCE
Always remove the plug from the socket-outlet and allow the fan blower to stop acting before

clean it.
When the unit is not in use, make sure that it is unplugged from the wall socket, water is
•
drained thoroughly and it is placed back into its original box for storage until later use.
In case of malfunction or doubt, do not try to repair the fan yourself, it may result in a fire
•
hazard or electric shock.
Clean the external surfaces of the unit with a soft damp (not dripping wet) cloth.
•
After extended periods of use, be sure to replace the water in the tank with fresh clean water at
least weekly.
