Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones para conocer bien su nuevo rollator antes de
utilizarlo. El modelo Turia soporta un peso de hasta 110 kg.
Pasos para la utilización del rollator:
1. Presione los frenos para activarlos.
2. Coloque ambos pies juntos en medio del marco del rollator.
3. Desactive los frenos levantando los manillares de los frenos.
4. Agarre ambos manillares del rollator.
5. Mueva el rollator hacia adelante a una distancia que le resulte cómoda. Es posible que sus
pies queden a la misma distancia entre si que las ruedas traseras del rollator.
6. Una vez que esté cómodo, avance primero con la pierna más débil.
7. Después, apóyese en el manillar para avanzar con la pierna contraria.
8. Recuerde que ambos pies deben estar entre las ruedas del rollator. Continúe caminando
según se indica en los pasos 5 y 7.
Consejos y precauciones
Mantenga siempre al menos la punta de sus pies dentro del marco del rollator. Cuando se
ponga de pie después de estar sentado, apóyese en el asiento en lugar de tirar de los
manillares del rollator. Accione los frenos antes de sentarse y asegúrese de que el freno está
activado antes de Ievantarse. Dé pasas cortos para girar y mantenga las caderas en paralelo a
la barra frontal del rollator. No gire el cuerpo hacia el lado contrario del rollator. No se siente
en el rollator sin haber activado antes los frenos ni lo use como silla de ruedas temporal,
pues podria
volcarse y causarle lesiones. Asegúrese de que todas las ruedas están sobre el suelo antes de
caminar. No se incline sobre el rollator. No lo utilice en escaleras convencionales ni mecánicas.
No coloque objetos pesados en la cesta, ya que podria provocar que el rollator vuelque.
Recuerde que este producto se debe utilizar solo en superficies planas y lisas.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Para limpiar el producto, utilice un paño ligeramente húmedo, nunca mojado, y asegúrese de
secarlo después con otro paño limpio y seco. No utilice disolventes, lejía, detergentes
sintéticos, pulidores de cera, aerosoles u otros abrasivos que puedan dañar el producto.

Aviso al usuario y/o paciente: cualquier incidente grave que haya ocurrido en relación con el
producto debe comunicarse al fabricante y a la autoridad competente del Estado Miembro en
el que esté establecido el usuario y/o el paciente.
Indicaciones
1) El andador puede utilizarse para ayudar a las personas mayores o personas con algún
tipo de problema en cuanto a movilidad, a caminar, hacer la compra.
2) El peso del usuario no superará los 110KG; de lo contrario se deformará. El peso de la cesta
de la compra no superará los 10KG

Read this instructions in order to familiarize with your new rollator well before use. The
model Turia has a weight capacity of 110kg.
How to use the rollator:
1. Lock the brakes on the rollator by pushing the brake handles down.
2. Place bath feet side-by-side in the middle of the rollator frame.
3. Release the brakes by pulling the brake handles up.
4. Grasp the hand grips on either side of the rollator.
5. Push the rollator forward to a comfortable distance.
6. Your toes should be even with the back wheels of the rollator.
7. Step forward toward the inside of the rollator frame with your weaker leg.
8. Step forward with your stronger leg while supporting yourself with the hand
grips. Both feet should be side-by-side between the wheels of the rollator. Continue walking by
repeating Step 5 and Step 7.
Tips and Warnings
Keep a part of your body, like your toes, within the rollator frame at all times. When standing
from a sitting position, push up from the seat instead of pulling up on the rollator handles. Apply
the brake before sitting and make sure the brake is applied before standing to use the rollator.
When turning, take small steps and keep your hips parallel to the front bar of the rollator. Avoid
twisting your body away from the rollator. Don't sit on the rollator seat without activating
the brakes and don't use this device as a temporary wheelchair. The rollator can tip over
causing injury. Ensure all wheels of the rollator are on level ground before walking. Don't hunch
forward over the rollatar. Don't use the rollator on an escalator or stairs. Don't place heavy
objects in the basket because this can cause the rollator to tip over. Remember this product
should only be used on flat and smooth surfaces.
Cleaning and maintenance
To clean the product, use a slightly damp cloth, never wet, and be sure to dry it afterwards with
another clean, dry cloth. Do not use solvents, bleach, synthetic detergents, wax polishes,
aerosol sprays or other abrasives that may damage the product.
Notice
Notice to the user and/or patient: any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device
must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State
where the user and/or patient is established.
Indications
1) The walker can be used to help elderly people or people with some kind of mobility problem,
to walk, to do shopping.
2) The weight of the user shall not exceed 110KG; otherwise it will be deformed. The weight of
the shopping basket shall not exceed 10KG.
