Reason
• Air pressure and flow may not be
suitable, air filter elements may be
dirty
• Torch and/or consumables may be
worn or damaged
• Torch and/or consumables may not
be correctly selected or installed
• The cut mode may be incorrectly
selected
• The amperage value current used
may be incorrectly selected
• The cutting speed and thickness
suitable for the performance of the
machine may have been exceeded
• The height or angle of the torch to the
workpiece may be incorrect
• The cutting direction may be incorrect

• Check the air pressure and air
