Safety Instructions
• It is essential to follow these operating instructions and these safety instruc-
tions to avoid injury, damage to health and damage.
• Do not use a damaged device. If there is any sign of a fault, unusual noise or
smell, switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
There is a risk of electric shock and fire. Contact H&R HandelsgmbH.
• Only use the device with the supplied electrical accessories. Never use damaged
cables. There is a danger to life. Contact H&R HandelsgmbH.
• Only connect the device to suitable and earthed mains connections. Make sure
that the mains connection corresponds to the specifications on the type plate of
the unit. Otherwise there is a risk of fire and electric shock.
• Do not place the cable near sources of heat or on sharp edges etc. Only pull on
the mains plug, never on the cable. Otherwise the cable may be damaged.
• Do not let the cable hang down. Lay the cable so that there is no risk of tripping.

• This device is not intended to be used by children or persons with reduced phy-
sical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, un-
less they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appli-
ance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should not play with the
device.
• Never reach into the fan when it is switched on. There is a risk of injury. Do not
insert any objects into the fan or other openings. There is a risk of injury.
• Descale the water tank regularly. Failure to do so may result in permanent con-
tamination of the tank.
• Keep all electrical connections, mains plugs and cables dry. Keep the device
dry. Electrical voltage together with water leads to danger to life due to electric
shock.
• If you are not going to use the device for a longer period of time (holiday, etc.),
unplug it from the mains
