Electrical Connection
DANGER! Risk of death due to electric current!
Switch off the electrical system before you connect leads of the supply cable.
CAUTION! Material damage of flow switch!
In case of a damaged connecting cable, the complete flow switch has to be scrapped
and replaced. It is not possible to replace the connecting cable seperately.
CAUTION! Destruction or damage of reed contact!
The max. contact loads mentioned on the type plate refer to pure ohmic loads and may
not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Pay attention to sect. 1.1.1 Reed contakt - Switching of inductive or capacitive loads.
The reed contact is electrically insulated (protection class II) and integrated into a plastic
bush.
Connect the connecting cable according to the connection diagram (
"1" or blue (bl) / "2" or brown (br) = connections for reed contact.
Fix the supply cable of the flow switch in such a way that the cable is
not exposed to excessive tension (max. 15 N).
