TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following before contacting technical support:
Problem
Light 4 on the display is
blinking
The device does not
work
The remote control is
not working.
The device does not
remove odours and/or
dust.
The Auto mode doesn't
work.
No / insufficient air circu-
lation.

Cause
Dirty filters
The back panel has not been
replaced correctly.
The power cord is not connected. Insert the plug into the socket.
The power cord is not connected
properly.
The fuse of the unit is defective.
The batteries in the remote con-
trol are dead.
The filter package has not been
inserted correctly.
The filter package is dirty.
The sensor is dirty.
The air flow is blocked.
solution
Replace the filter package (4x)
and reset the filter alarm by pres-
sing for 3 seconds button 1 on
the control panel or button 4 on
the remote control.
Remove the panel and put it
back again. Make sure that the
top of the panel is placed cor-
rectly.
Insert the plug into the socket
correctly.
Have the fuse replaced by a
recognised Zibro dealer.
Replace the batteries.
Insert the filter package cor-
rectly.
Replace the filter package.
Use cotton swabs to clear the
sensor.
Remove the blockage.
Replace the filters. (4x)
