9. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the
machine when in use. DO NOT use as a toy.

dropped in water.
11. DO NOT use where hazardous dust is present.
12. DO NOT use in an explosive atmosphere.
13. DO NOT pick up or use near flammable or combustible
fluids, hazardous dusts or vapours.

or flammable/corrosive material, stop cleaning the area
immediately and consult your superior.

18. DO NOT leave machine running unattended.
19. Keep hair, loose clothing, hands, feet and all other parts of

22. DO NOT operate the machine if it malfunctions or is
damaged in any way. Contact an authorised service agent
for repair or adjustments.
23. DO NOT leave the machine connected to the electricity
supply when not in use, always remove the plug from the
socket-outlet.
24. Report any liquid leaking from the battery. Leaks are
dangerous and highly polluting.
25. DO NOT keep the machine running whilst the head is fully
submerged for more than 2 minutes at a time. Switch off
and allow to dry and cool for 5 minutes before resuming.
26. If the machine is used underwater then it should be used
for only 2 minutes at a time. When using the machine fully
underwater it puts 4 x more stress on the motor trying to
turn the brush. If the machine is used regularly fully
underwater we recommend changing the motorhead yearly
as a serviceable part.
27. The seals should be inspected once a month to check
for signs of corrosion that would compromise its water
tightness. If the unit is used underwater on a regular basis
an internal inspection of the head is also required each
month by a competent technician, this is to check for water
ingress.
28. Waterline cleaning where MotorScrubber is half in and half
out of the water has no limitations.
29. The battery should be charged before using your machine,
after each use, and if unused for 4 months.
30. Do not store or carry battery so that metal objects can
contact battery terminals - the battery could short circuit
causing fire, personal injury or damage to the battery.
31. When using the machine, hold with both hands.
32. WARNING Always keep the upper switch handle area
dry.
CAUTION - Risk of electric shock

33. DO NOT operate the machine with a damaged charger
power cord or plug, or after the machine malfunctions or is
damaged in any way. Contact an authorised Service Agent

regular inspections of the charger power cord and plug for
signs of any damage. If any parts are damaged they shall only
be replaced by an approved part by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid
a hazard.
35. When unplugging, pull the plug, not the charger power
