Prior to first use
• Remove all the packaging material.
• Clean the chicken roasting pan thoroughly with hot water and a little mild washing-up liquid
before using it for the first time. Rinse it with clean water and wipe it dry.
During use
• Do not heat up the chicken roasting pan without contents. This may cause the material
to overheat and the coating to become discoloured.
• Use cooking utensils made of wood, heat-resistant plastic or silicone. Do not use any metal
implements and do not cut anything on the chicken roasting pan. Do not use any abrasive
sponges or metal scourers for cleaning. This may damage the enamel coating.
3. Regularly check the chicken to see how much longer it needs to be cooked.
After use
• Do not fill the hot chicken roasting pan with cold water. The chicken roasting pan may
become damaged if cooled down too quickly.
• After use, clean the chicken roasting pan with hot water and a mild washing-up liquid.
Do not use any abrasive sponges.
• Do not use any abrasive or caustic products or hard brushes for cleaning.
• Always dry the chicken roasting pan immediately after cleaning. Do not put the chicken
roasting pan away while still damp. Otherwise traces or rust may form on the parts not coated
with enamel. If necessary, remove these with a damp cloth and coat the affected areas
with a little plant-based oil.
• The chicken roasting pan is not dishwasher-safe.
1. Place the gutted, washed and seasoned chicken
onto the roasting pan as illustrated.
2 Place the chicken roasting pan onto the grill
and close the lid of the grill
or
place the roasting pan into the oven.
• The cooking time and degree of browning varies
according to the type of grill or oven, as well as
the size and weight of the poultry.
• The oven temperature varies according to the
