End position
3. Slowly role the sole of your foot backwards
and forwards.
4. Apply slight pressure with your foot in order to
intensify the massage.
Important: Roll slowly backwards
and forwards and only apply as much
pressure as is pleasant for you.
Lower arm (figure B)
Starting position
1. Place the article on a table with a smooth
surface.
2. Position your lower arm on the article as
shown in the illustration. Make sure that no
item of clothing is covering your lower arm.
3. Put the hand of your other arm on the lower
arm to be massaged.
End position
4. Slowly roll your lower arms forwards and
backwards.
5. Use your hand to apply slight pressure to the
lower arm in order to intensify the massage.
Important: Roll your lower arm slowly
backwards and forwards and only
apply as much pressure as is pleasant
for you.
Care & storage
Always keep the product clean and dry in a
space unexposed to very hot or cold tempera-
tures.
IMPORTANT! Clean using water only - never
with harsh cleaning agents. Afterwards, dry with
a cleaning cloth or duster.
Notes on disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi-
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children. Keep the packa-
ging materials out of the reach of children.

year warranty for this product from the date of
purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and
workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights, espe-
cially the warranty rights, are not affected by this
warranty.
With regard to complaints, please contact the

subsequent procedure as quickly as possible.
We will be personally available to discuss the
situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory gua-
rantees or through goodwill do not extend the
warranty period. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts.
Repairs after the warranty are subject to a
charge.
