Press "On" to start distance measurement. Adjust

the cassette so that the laser point circle comes
within the area that has to be dried. A buzzer, as well
as the display, will indicate when the correct distance
has been obtained. Once the correct distance is
obtained, press "On" to start the heating cycle. The
lamps are now switched on and emit a pulsating
light, the cooling ventilators are also activated.
The remaining preheating time is now shown on the
display, after that, the remaining drying time is
shown. By pressing "Enter", it is possible to switch
between remaining time and current temperature.
If the heating process needs to be interrupted before

the programme has been completed, press "Off ".
The cooling ventilators have a time delay and are
therefore operational 3 mins. after the drying pro-
gramme has been completed.

Settings and automatic testing

The following sequences of settings should be car-
ried out in the following order, although, irrespective
of stage reached, it is always possible to return to the
main menu by simply pressing "Off " after adjust-

Turn the main switch to the "Off " position. Press the
cursor up/down keys simultaneously and turn the
main switch to the "On" position.
7.1 Language selection
Scroll using the cursor up/down keys until the cor-
rect language appears. Confirm the selection of
language by pressing "Enter".
7.2 Default selection
The unit is delivered with low settings for new users
(Program Low). If you are familiar with this power-
ful equipment, switching over to the high settings is
done by selecting Program High. Confirm the selec-
tion by pressing Enter.
7.3 Switching between
Now °C and °F will appear. Select the correct tem-
perature indication using the cursor up/down keys
and confirm the selection by pressing "Enter".
7.4 Statistics
Statistics now appear which show the accumulated
operation time in hours and minutes. Confirm using
"Enter". The total number of times the mobile dryer
has been started will appear - confirm with "Enter".
7.5 Resetting programme memory
Next, a question appears as to whether programme
memory should be reset to zero. Use the cursor up/
down keys to select yes or no. If YES, the pre-program-
med drying programmes will be reset to the factory-set
values and the three extra programmes will be set to
zero. If NO, the programme memory will remain
unchanged. Confirm by pressing "Enter"
7.6 Buzzer
Using the cursor up/down keys, decide whether the
buzzer is to sound when the correct drying distance
is reached. Confirm by pressing "Enter".
7.7 Automatic testing
The next question to appear is whether automatic
testing is to be carried out. This is a simple way to
ensure yourself that all functions are correct or to
detect errors if you suspect that something is not
operating as it should be.
Use the cursor up/down keys to select yes or no.
Confirm by pressing "Enter".
Automatic testing includes the following:
7.7.1 Button test
Testing all the buttons on the control panel. Pressing
on the respective buttons, the corresponding symbol
is shown in the display window. Press "Enter" for
approx. 3 seconds in order to continue with the
automatic testing.
