DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (EC)

We, PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the Playkin brand, based at Street Blanquers Plot
7-8 43800 - Valls, SPAIN, declare that the GREENTRUCK DISCOVERY children's car, from serial number
2021onwards, are in conformity with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament and
Council Directives:

Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the safety
of toys

Directive 2005/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 amending
for the 22nd time Council Directive 76/769/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and
administrative provisions of the Member States relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of
certain dangerous substances and preparations (phthalates in toys and childcare articles).
The product delivered coincides with the specimen that was subjected to EC type-examination (see
photograph on the left).
