PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The heater is protected against overheating, which automatically switches the device off
in the event of overheating, e.g. due to complete or partial obstruction of the air vents.
In this case, disconnect the device, wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down, and remove the item
blocking the vents. Then turn on the device again as described above.
The device should work normally. If the problem persists, contact the service center.
The device is also equipped with a safety switch that turns off the device after falling over. Do
not use on thick carpets as the switch may not stay activated.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off the main power source before cleaning and remove the plug from the socket.
Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth, vacuum cleaner or dust brush.
Never use flammable or abrasive cleaning agents such as benzene or white spirit for
cleaning the device.
Never immerse the device in water!
Clean the air inlet and outlet regularly with a vacuum cleaner.
If the device is not used for a long time, it must be protected against overuse dust and dirt. Dismantle
the heater and store it in a dry place away from light sunlight and dirt.
