Adjust the ruler to the proper scale and tighten the ruler fastener. Then cut the foam by
moving it along the ruler. You can also cut the foam into cylinders or cones by putting it on
the cylinder&cone platform and rotating it around.

The handle can also be taken out to do cutting work without base.
