Clear jams from the output areas
When a jam occurs, the Paper light
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Remove any visible jammed paper from the output tray area. Use both hands to remove jammed paper to
avoid tearing the paper.
CAUTION:
by sharp objects is not covered by the warranty.
Clear jams from the rear of the printer
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Open the rear access door.
