We offer a standard 2-year warranty of our product starting from your purchase
date.
The following scenarios are excluded from our warranty service.
1. Damage due to improper installation.
2. Damage due to retrofit.
3. Damage due to force majeure: Nature, actions of third parties.
4. Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident.
5. Damage due to improper transportation.
6. The warranty document, purchase date or purchase confirmation (invoice) from an
authorized dealer cannot be provided by the customer.
