Setting up the sensor and the station
1. Place the remote sensor next to the base
station.
2. Insert the batteries in the base station, the RF
indicator in the upper left corner will flash. The
base station is now ready to synchronize with
a remote sensor.
3. Take the remote sensor and set the prefered
channel (pre-set to channel one).
4. Turn on the remote sensor by pressing the
ON/OFF switch on the back for two seconds.
5. Wait for the sensor to synchronize with the
base station. Once the synchronization is
complete, the data will show on the display.
If the synchronization failed after three minutes,
make sure there are batteries installed in the
base unit. If the RF indicator is not flashing,
press and hold the CHANNEL button on the
base station for 4 seconds until the RF indicator
flashes again.
If you have more than one remote sensor,
repeat the previous steps to synchronize the
outdoor sensors to the base station. Do not
forget to change the remote sensors to a
different channel.
If you add more than one remote sensor, you
can only see one channel at a time. Press
the CHANNEL button to change channels
manually. If you want to change channels for
all the remote sensors automatically, press the
CHANNEL button twice quickly. You will now
see a circular arrow appear on the display
The base station will now switch between the
different remote sensors every five seconds.
The number of the channel will appear in the
house icon on the top-left corner.
