TROUBLESHOOTING

THE LIGHTS WON'T TURN ON
• The machine has switched off automatically
• Toggle the ON/OFF switch.
• Check the condition of the power cord, the voltage, and the fuse.
NO COFFEE/WATER IS COMING OUT OF THE MACHINE
· Check the water tank. If empty, fill with fresh water.
· Lift the coffee inlet lever.
· Press either of the cup size buttons and wait until water pours out.
THE COFFEE ISN'T HOT ENOUGH
· Preheat the coffee cup with hot water. Descale the machine if necessary.
THE CAPSULE INLET DOESN'T CLOSE COMPLETELY
· Empty the capsule container.
· Check that there is no capsule jammed inside the machine.
THE MACHINE IS LEAKING AND THE COFFEE DOESN'T POUR OUT AS USUAL
· Check that the water tank is properly mounted.
THE LIGHTS ARE BLINKING IRREGULARLY
· Check the water tank. If empty, fill with fresh water.
· Replace a new capsule.
· Exit descaling procedure.
· Power Save activates after 10 minutes of non-use.
NO COFFEE COMES OUT, ONLY WATER
· Make sure an unused capsule is placed in the coffee inlet.
