4. After use
Cleaning
1. Clean the appliance after each use.
2. Switch off and unplug the appliance before
cleaning or maintenance and let it cool down
completely.
3. Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong
chemicals, alkali, abrasive or toxic agents, as they
may damage the surface of the appliance and
pose a health hazard.
4. Use clear water during cleaning. Make sure that
the electrical parts/connections of the appliance
do not become wet or damp.
5. Do not clean the electric components, e. g.
switch, button, timer knob etc., with high pressure
water jets or extremely hot steam.
6. Wipe the outside of the appliance at least once a
month with a soft damp cloth and, if necessary,

The switch is designed
to protect the electrical
circuit from damage
caused by excess
current as a result of an
overload or short circuit.
The switch interrupts
current flow after a fault
is detected.
Note: To reset the
switch, press it after the
issue is solved.
Timer knob
Turn the knob to the
desired operating
time (0 - 5 minutes).
The appliance starts
operating and the

(green) lights up. Once
the set time is reached,
the appliance stops and

is in the 0 position after
use.
Micro-switch
The micro-switch
is equipped with a
magnet mechanism.

upper lid or the outlet
lid is opened during
operation.

7. Open the upper lid and remove the peeling plate
from the peeling chamber. Clean the peeling
plate and peeling chamber interior with a suitable
brush. Rinse them with clear water afterward.
8. The appliance may only be used again or stored
after it is dried completely.
Note: It is recommended to remove the peeling plate
and check the waste outlet pipe for blockage after
each operating cycle.
Storage
1. Before storing, remove all residues from the
appliance (incl. the basins), disconnect it from
the supply and clean the appliance and its
accessories thoroughly.
2. Disconnect the appliance from the water supply
and waste water outlet hose.
3. Store the appliance in a dry, protected
environment at room temperature and out of the
reach of children.
4. Keep the upper lid open to avoid smell or mold.
5. To protect the appliance from dust, cover it
with a cloth that allows air circulation inside the
appliance.
5. Troubleshooting
WARNING!
In case of failures or malfunctions, always unplug
the appliance immediately.
Only perform the steps described in this
instruction manual! All further inspection,
maintenance and repair work must be performed
by an authorized service center or a similarly
qualified specialist.
Should you require spare parts, always obtain
them from an authorized seller. Do not use
spare parts that are not recommended by the
manufacturer!
