USE
SOLDERING GUN 100 W
1. Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate.
2. Plug in the power cord and press the
power switch. After 20 seconds the tip has
reached 300°C and the product is ready
to use.
3. Never lock the power switch in the On
position – risk of overheating and serious
material damage.
4. First warm the parts that are to be
soldered, and then put the solder on the
junction.
Replacing the soldering tip
1. Undo the two retaining screws.
2. Remove the old tip and put in a new one.
3. Press in the tip as far as it goes and
tighten the screws.
4. The transfer of heat will be reduced if the
screws are not correctly tightened.

SOLDERING PEN 30 W
1. Check that the soldering tip is correctly in
place and the retaining screws tightened.
2. Plug in the power cord.
3. Do not allow the soldering pen to heat up
without a soldering tip.
4. Check that the product has enough power
to heat the parts to be joined.

5. Clean the parts that are to be joined. Do
not touch the clean parts, grease reduces
the capacity of the solder to adhere.
6. Heat up the parts and apply solder. If the
parts are properly cleaned and heated the
solder spreads smoothly.
Replacing the soldering tip
1. Switch off the product, unplug the power
cord and allow the product to cool before
replacing the soldering tip. Undo the
retaining screws and carefully pull out the
tip. Press in a new tip as far as it goes and
tighten the screws.
