3. For more delicate baked goods such as biscuits, croissants, etc., preheating
the pizza stone may cause the food to cook too quickly and is therefore not
recommended.
4. In general, preheating the pizza stone is not necessary if the food is cooked
on the lower heating levels (baking and deep-frying). When cooking food at
higher temperatures, preheat the pizza stone for best results.
5. For a crispier crust on your pizza, we recommend preheating the oven for 10
minutes before first use and then a further 3-5 minutes between each pizza.

OPERATION

First steps
• Plug the power plug of the device into the mains socket.
• Always preheat the appliance.
• The unit may smoke slightly when used for the first time. To avoid contact with
the heating elements, do not put oversized food in the appliance.
Timer
• The unit is started with a timer.
• Set the timer to 30 minutes. The operating light lights up and the active
cooling starts operation.
• After the time has elapsed, a signal sounds, heating is deactivated but active
cooling continues for about 5 minutes. Only then, pull the mains plug out of
the socket.
Temperature
• Set the desired temperature. When the temperature is set and the timer has
started, the operating light lights up. The active cooling goes on. When the
timer has expired, the operating light goes out.
• The thermostat, the clock and the light keep going on and off.
• Always preheat the appliance with the door closed.
Note: Do not use baking paper, non-stick utensils or silicone trays at
temperatures above 230 °C.
• Once the set temperature is reached, pull the drawer forward horizontally by
the handle. Then fold the door down.
