3.6 Connecting the LAN

You can use the Ethernet LAN ports to configure and control the TechniNet BS4 Light base unit
via a graphic user interface on a PC. To do this, connect the PC to the Ethernet port on the BS4
using a network cable.

3.7 Programming remote control (0000/5961)

The cable-connected programming remote control - or programmer for short - is used for
configuring the SkyCable cards. The programmer is connected to the 'Handset' port on the
TechniNet BS4 Light base unit via the supplied cable. This enables the SkyCable cards to be
configured.
