EN – METAL BALANCE BIKE – OWNERS MANUAL
The balance bike is designed for outdoor activities. It has good influence to the child's
coordination, teaches balance, will make easier for a child to start using a bike or a scooter.
Before use please read manual instruction and keep it for later use. Compliance with
instructions will provide safe use of the bike and its durability. Balance bike is recommended
for children over 2 years old, although it is advisable to keep extra caution in relation to
children under 36 months old because of choking hazard related to presence of small parts and
tools used during assembly which should be made by an adult. Using the bicycle is allowed
only under adult supervision. Using this product requires a certain skill and knowledge.
Product should be used according to age and according only to it's intended purpose.
Important information: Please read the manual instruction before installation and use of the
bike. The bike must be used on flat surfaces without obstacles. Saddle should be positioned in
the way that children will have a flat foot contact with surface at all times.
WARNING !: Do not use in a traffic, near reservoirs, stairs, steep areas and all places with
threat of accident. When using the vehicle constant adult supervision is required. When
driving, use of additional security measures like helmet, gloves, knee and elbow protectors is
required.
The bike is designed for a single user with a maximum weight not exceeding 28 kg (do not
overload the bike). Set contains small parts. There is a choking hazard. Keep extra caution
during use. To avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties, an adult
supervision is necessary, especially in the early stages of use. The bike has no brakes. The bike
is packed dismounted. Before mounting the bike check the completeness of the kit and if the
components have not been damaged in transit. Regularly check the fit of all bolted connections
before riding. In case of cracks or damaged parts of the bike - immediately replace them with
new ones.
Kit Content:
Frame / handlebar / fork / clamps for saddle and handlebar (2 pieces)/ Wheel (2 pieces)
Plastic washer to the handlebar (2 x 2 pieces) / Elements of the axis of the front and rear
wheels (axle - 2 pieces, spacers - 4 pieces, washer - 4 pieces, lock washers - 4 pieces, nuts - 4
pieces)

Assembling instructions:
The set includes all necessary mounting keys.
Mounting of the wheels (similar to the front and rear wheel):
1. In the hole of the wheel hub insert axis so that both sides sticking out to equal length
(PHOTO NO 2)
2. On both sides of the axle, place spacers (PICTURE NO.3) and washers (PHOTO NO 4)
3. Slide the wheels and axle fixed components in the mounting points on the forks.
4. Place the lock washer on the outer sides on the forks so that the locking washer is in the hole
next to the mounting points (PHOTO NO 6 and 7).
5. Place the nuts on the threads of the axis of both wheels and tighten (PHOTO NO 8,9,10)
Mounting fork and seat to the frame:
1. Place a plastic washer with low rant at the top of the front fork - the wider side down
(PHOTO NO 11).
2. Place plastic washer with a high rant at the top of the front fork so that the two washers on
each other overlap (PHOTO NO 12).
3. Insert the fork in the opening frame and push up (PICTURE NO 13).
4. Place plastic washer with a high rant on the protruding part of the fork (narrower diameter
down) and tighten up (PICTURE NO 14).
5. Place plastic washer with a low rant on the protruding part of the fork so that the two
washers on each other overlap (PHOTO NO 14)
6. Place bracket on the protruding part of the fork (photo NO 15)
7. Insert the handlebar into the fork hole (note the minimum depth of the handlebar) and make
sure it is straight in relation to the front wheel. Tighten the metal clamp to prevent the opening
(photo NO 16)
8. Place bracket on the protruding part of the frame to secure a seat (photo 17).
9. Insert saddle tube in the frame saddle hole (note the minimum depth of the insertion line on
the saddle tube) and make sure that the saddle is straight arranged relative to the frame.
Tighten the metal clamp so as to prevent the opening (photo 18).
Adjusting the saddle and handlebar height:
The bike has a seat height adjustment in the range of 29 to 41 cm and a handlebar in the range
of 49 to 56 cm. Use metal brackets to adjust. To change the saddle height and handlebar,
follow the instructions below:
1. Unblock the metal clamp using levers.
2. Adjust saddle height and handlebar to the height of the child. Pay attention to the minimum
insertion line located on the seat tube and handlebar tube. Make sure the saddle and handlebar
are straight in relation to the frame.
3. Clamp metal bracket by closing the leveler to prevent its opening.
Cleaning and maintenance:
The bike should be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not use detergents or solvents.
Protect the product from moisture, high and very low temperatures. Regularly check the
condition of the tires of the vehicle. If there are cracks, the tires are worn, be sure to replace
them with new ones in order to ensure safety of the child. Regularly check the condition of
screw connections, all components should be a good fit and tightened. For transport, use the
original carton.
