We are pleased that you decided
to buy a highly developed piece of
equipment from SCHICK and would
like to wish you every success for
working with your new turbine.
We wrote these instructions
to enable you to get accustomed to your
new equipment and to provide
you with the correct operating and
maintenance instructions.
1. Range of applications
The T100 is a high performance turbine which is adapted to the technical needs of
working on full ceramics.
The T100 can be used in all common milling-machines by using an adapter. The
unique LED illumination (optional) supports the fabrication of high precision dental
restorations. The turbine is not suitable for clinical applications.
2. Safety information
The device must be used by trained staff in accordance with the current
legal provisions concerning industrial safety, health and accident prevention
regulations and these working instructions. In accordance with these requirements,
the operator:
- must only use working devices that are in perfect working order.
In the event of irregular functioning, excessive vibration, not normal
heating or other things indicating malfunction of the device, the work
must be stopped immediately. In this case, contact a repair centre that
is approved by Schick Dental.
- must ensure that the device is used only for the purpose for which it is
intended.
The device is not intended for medical treatment. Any use other than that for
which this product is intended, is not allowed and may be dangerous. The device
meets the current European legal requirements.
The Turbine is not suitable for the following field of applications:
- in areas with risk of explosions
- for medical applications
