TRANSPORTATION

It is compulsory to transport, store
and handle the machine in vertical
position, according to the instructions
you can find on the package.
Always check the TILTWATCH device
on the packaging (1), to make sure
that the machine is kept upright
during transit and movement.
Should the TILTWATCH device warn
of incorrect handling, inform the
carrier of the same following the
instructions provided by the device
itself.
The manufacturer cannot be held
liable for any damage to the
machine during transportation.
The recipient is required to check
the goods and claim any damages
or loss from the carrier responsible
for the same.

UNPACKING

Check the area where the machine
has to be installed, before removing
it from its packaging, making sure
that any possible dangers that may
arise for the machine itself or the
operator are taken into account.
1) Make sure that the cardboard
box is not damaged.
2) Free the machine and extract it
by lifting it out of its packaging
(both the cardboard box and the
cellophane bag) (2).
3) Remove the machine from its
pallet very carefully (several
people are required) (3).
NOTE
For vertical machines, first
unscrew the locking blocks,
as indicated in the figure.
4) Check that the machine is not
damaged. If visibly damaged,
inform the dealer and the carrier
immediately.

TRANSPORT

La machine doit absolument être trans-
portée, stockée et manutentionnée en
position verticale, en respectant les
indications indiquées sur l'emballage.
Au moyen du dispositif TILTWATCH,
appliqué sur l'emballage (1), il faut
toujours vérifier si pendant le transport
la machine a été manutentionnée en
position verticale.
Au cas où le dispositif TILTWATCH si-
gnalerait une manoeuvre incorrecte,
il faut en informer le transporteur sui-
vant les instructions indiquées sur le
dispositif en question.
Le constructeur décline toute responsa-
bilité en cas de dommages provoqués
par les transporteurs. Le destinataire
est tenu de contrôler la marchandise
et de adresser toute réclamation éven-
tuelle au transporteur, qui en est le seul
responsable.
DÉBALLAGE
Avant d'enlever la machine de l'em-
ballage, examiner la zone où l'on
veut installer la machine, en vérifiant
que tous les dangers éventuels qui
pourraient se présenter pour l'unité
ou pour l'opérateur ont été pris en
considération.
1) Vérifier que l'emballage en car-
ton est intact.
2) Libérer la machine de l'embal-
lage, et l'extraire par le haut
(aussi bien la boîte en carton que
le sac en cellophane) (2).
3) En faisant très attention, enlever
la machine de la palette, avec
l'aide de plusieurs personnes (3).
NOTE
Pour les machines verticales,
il faut avant tout dévisser les
blocs d'arrêt, comme indiqué
sur la figure.
4) Vérifier l'intégrité de la machine
et, en cas d'endommagements
visibles, en informer immédia-
tement le vendeur ainsi que le
transporteur.

TRANSPORT
Die Maschine ist in aufrechter Stel-
lung und in Einhaltung der Angaben
auf der Verpackung zu transportie-
ren, zu lagern und zu handhaben.
Über den TILTWATCH-Indikator auf
der Verpackung stets überprüfen
(1), ob die Maschine während des
Transports wirklich immer aufrecht
gehalten wurde.
Falls der TILTWATCH-Indikator
eine falsche Handhabung anzeigt,
dem Transportunternehmer
Geschehene melden, wobei die auf
dem Indikator selbst aufgeführten
Anweisungen befolgt werden.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden,
die durch den Transportunternehmer
verursacht wurden. Der Empfänger
hat die Ware zu überprüfen und
eventuelle Beanstandungen
den verantwortlichen Transport-
unternehmer zu richten.

AUSPACKEN

Vor dem Auspacken den Bereich, wo
di Maschine installiert werden soll,
überprüfen und sicherstellen, dass
alle eventuell auftretenden Gefahren
für die Maschine selbst oder den
Werker berücksichtigt wurden.
1) Sicherstellen, dass die Karton-
verpackung unbeschädigt ist.
2) Die Maschine von der Verpackung
befreien und die Verpackung
dann von oben ausziehen
(sowohl die Kartonschachtel als
auch die Cellophanhülle) (2).
3) Die Maschine unter
mehrerer Personen sehr vorsichtig
von der Palette abnehmen (3).
HINWEIS
Bei Standmaschinen müssen
vorher die Halteblöcke gemäßt
Abbildung abgeschraubt
werden.
4) Sicherstellen, dass die Maschine
unbeschädigt ist und
eventuellen sichtbaren Beschä-
digungen sowohl den Verkäufer
als auch das Transportunter-
nehmen unverzüglich davon in
Kenntnis setzen.

TRANSPORTE

Es necesario transportar, almacenar
y desplazar el equipo en posición
vertical respetando las instrucciones
indicadas en el embalaje.
A través del dispositivo TILTWATCH
aplicado sobre el embalaje (1), ve-
rificar siempre que durante el trans-
porte el equipo haya mantenido la
posición vertical.
En el caso que el dispositivo TILT-
WATCH señale una maniobra inco-
das rrecta, señalar el hecho al respon-
sable del transporte siguiendo las
instrucciones detalladas en el dispo-
sitivo en cuestión.
El fabricante no responde por los da-
ños causados durante el transporte.
El destinatario es el responsable de
controlar la mercadería y a efectuar
an eventuales reclamos a la empresa de
transporte, que es la responsable.

DESEMBALAJE

Examinar el área donde se desea
instalar la máquina antes de extraer-
la del embalaje comprobando que
se haya tomado en cuenta cualquier
peligro que pudiera ocasionar la
máquina en sí o el operador.
1) Verificar que el envoltorio de car-
tón sea íntegro.
2) Liberar el equipo del embalaje,
deslizando hacia arriba tanto la
caja de cartón como el envoltorio
plástico (2).
3) Con mucho cuidado, sacar el
Mithilfe equipo de la tarima con la ayuda
de otras personas (3).
NOTA
Para las máquinas de suelo,
al principio es necesario de
destornillar las bloques de
fijation, como indicado en la
figura.
4) Verificar la integridad del equi-
bei po y en caso de daños visibles
informar inmediatamente al re-
vendedor y a quien ha efectua-
do el transporte.
