Warranty card
The statutory warranty period is 2 years and begins on the day of purchase or on the day the
goods are handed over. The invoice must be presented in order to make a warranty claim. Please
keep the invoice as proof of purchase!
During the warranty period, the supplier guarantees to repair free of charge any defects that are due
to material, production or design faults. The repair service decides according to its own assessment
whether a repair, an exchange or a refund of the purchase price is necessary.
The warranty does not cover damage
• caused by an accident,
• an unforeseen event (e.g. lightning, water, fire, etc.),
• improper use, transport or use,
• improper cleaning,
• disregard of the safety and maintenance instructions
• or caused by other improper handling or modification.
Traces of daily use (scratches, dents, etc.) do not constitute a warranty claim.
The product is water-repellent with coated metal tubes and designed for outdoor use. In order for
the product to have the longest possible life, it should be protected from the weather, folded up
and stored in a dry place when not in use for a longer period of time.
Before sending defective goods to our service address, it is imperative that you contact us by
telephone or email. In order for us to guarantee you the best possible service and to quickly know
how we can best help you, a precise description of the problem with overall and detailed photos is
necessary.
Repairs that occur after the warranty period has expired are subject to a charge. If the repair or
the cost estimate is not free of charge for you, you will be notified in advance in any case. Your
statutory rights are not restricted by this guarantee.
