is exceptional and uncompromising.
Inputs of XLR, a balun being an original solution of SOUNDA-
STIC. All the errors of standard solutions have been removed
in it, and the execution is also in the JFET technology.
The amplifier is characterised by its approximation of the
appreciated vacuum tube sound, while at the same time re-
taining all the best features of a transistor-based amplifier,
such as quickness and control over low frequencies. The final
path of the signal is the two power amplifiers in a balan-
ces system, powered by electrolytic capacitors of the Nippon
Chemi-Con company, having the total capacity of 48 000 μF.
The design of the power amplifiers is based on the original
patent of the Soundastic company, RP No. 176514. Within
the signal channel, the amplifiers do not feature any capacity
element (capacitor). It has been designed with the use of only
the JFET transistors and a symmetrical input. This ensures
sound neutrality that is sought-after among the highest class
audio devices.
The end transistors are two pairs per each channel (8 pcs
in total) of American MOSFET transistors of the International
Rectifier company. The power amplifiers have none of the
known dynamic distortions, which puts Reference at a much
higher - if not the highest - level of separation and clarity of
the material played back.
The amplifier features a system protecting it against dama-
ge, e.g. in the event of temporary short-circuiting of speaker
outputs/wires, as well as speaker protection in the event of
13
appearance of static voltage at its output.
The SOUNDASTIC company has not forgotten do eliminate the
adverse impact of the processor clock (8.86 MHz), which has
been isolated from the acoustic channel mass.
The remote control weighing 0.370 kg is made of aluminium,
code RC5.
We hand over to you a device, the advanced technology and
parameters of which should meet the expectations of even
the most demanding audiophiles and take the substance of
the recordings amplified to a totally different and more reali-
stic level of music listening.
Before starting to use the amplifier, it is necessary to become
familiar with the installation information in the manual and to
retain it for future reference.
