Cleaning and maintenance after use
When the selected grilling time has expired or the grilling process has been stopped, the fans continue to run.
This is important to ensure that the device does not heat up too much due to the residual heat remaining in
the grill room.
Important: Only pull out the power plug of the Röstblock after the fans have switched off automatically.
Caution: The device should only be cleaned when it has cooled down completely
and is disconnected from the power supply.
First remove the grease tray and the grid. Afterwards you can also carefully remove the grid support brackets.
The grid and the brackets should be completely sprayed with a suitable cleaner. When choosing the cleaner,
make sure it is compatible with metals. Allow the cleaning agent to act on the parts long enough, then carefully
wash it off using a plastic bristled brush. This process should be repeated in case of heavy soiling.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, wire brushes or steel sponges to avoid scratches and corrosion.
The grill room and housing must be cleaned thoroughly and regularly with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not
spray cleaning agents into or onto the device. Cleaning agents should be applied to the device with a cloth.
During the cleaning process, avoid any heavy mechanical pressure on the heating element.
Caution: Food residues and grease can ignite! Therefore clean very thoroughly.

Switch off the unit and reposition the food.
Caution: food, accessories and interior are
hot.
Interrupt the grilling process immediately
and allow the device to cool down.
Do not reheat the food.
Insert the plug into the power socket.
Confirm the grilling time or
start the device again.
