4.0 — Using the STRYVE Ball
The STRYVE Ball is an additional seating element for use at home or in the office. The ball is
both comfortable and attractive. We recommend that you alternate between using the ball
and conventional seating furniture. Moving while sitting strengthens the back muscles.
However, we do not recommend sitting on a sitting ball for too long.
4.1 — Balancing function
· the Balance Ball has the property of being
able to balance itself;
· the texture of the faux fur cover automati-
cally prevents the ball from rolling away
