Heat sources (types of stove)
You can tell which types of stove your grill plate is suitable for by the pictograms on the
base or on the coloured cardboard packaging.
Induction: This grill plate has been specifically developed for use on flex-induc-
tion hobs (hobs which allow a number of cooking areas to be connected). The
area of the base is 37 x 22 cm.
When the grill plate is used on a conventional induction stove, the diameter of
the base should be slightly larger or the same as the diameter of the burner.
Due to the high conductibility of induction stoves, the grill plate heats up ex-
tremely quickly. Therefore, ensure that you always position it correctly. To this
end, please observe the operating instructions of your stove and the follow-
ing information relating to positioning on heat sources. Select a medium power
setting (e. g. level 6 of 9) and heat the grill plate slowly to the desired grilling
temperature.
