V PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
V-1 – Maintenance card
Regular maintenance is the most important condition for correct and safe operation.
Section:
Check condition, adjust gap
Spark plug if necessary, replace if
necessary
Check the oil level
Engine oil
Change the oil
Oil filter Clean the oil filter
Clean the air filter and
Air filter
replace if necessary
Clean the fuel filter and
Fuel filter
replace if necessary
Choke Check that it's working
Check and adjust if
Valve clearance necessary when the engine
is cold
Check for kinks or damage
Fuel line
and replace if necessary.
Check for leaks Seal
properly or replace gasket.
Exhaust system
Check exhaust cover and
clean or replace
Check that the choke is
Carburettor
working
Check the ventilator for
Cooling system
damage
Check that the pull-cord
Starter system
starter is working
Check and adjust if

necessary.
