Start your vehicle before connecting the car adapter to
the Vehicle dock
Temporary voltage surges during ignition may damage the
Vehicle dock or the attached mobile device.
When not in use, remove the Vehicle dock and mounting
device from the windshield to preserve the adhesion of
the suction holder
Remove the Vehicle dock and mounting device at least
once every five days. Leaving the Vehicle dock mounted to
the windshield for long periods of time can lead to reduced
adhesion, unexpected detachment of the Vehicle dock, and
dangerous situations.
We recommend that you replace the suction holder every
6 months.
Do not mount your Vehicle dock on the windshield in the
following conditions
• If the suction surface is melted or deformed from exposure
to high temperatures.
• If the suction surface is stiff and inflexible due to exposure
to very cold temperatures.
• If the inside surface of the windshield is very hot or moist.
• If the suction surface does not adhere well to the
windshield.
• If either the suction surface or the windshield is dirty.
