e) Using the spray feature
The cordless handheld vacuum cleaner features a special integrated water tank and a spray feature. When pushing a
button, water comes out from a spray nozzle onto the surface to be cleaned. Any soiling (e.g. dirt spot) on the surface
wetted with water gets loose and can easily be removed with the brush nozzle.
Important information on removing damp/wet dirt or spillages:
Observe section 7. d)
Below you will find the steps you should follow to fill the water tank with water:
• Turn off the cordless handheld vacuum cleaner.
• Open the water tank lid by pulling up the rubber cap on the tab at the back and removing it.
• Fill the water tank with clean, clear water (water temperature must not exceed 40 °C).
The water tank has a maximum capacity of 150 ml. There is a marking (inscription "FULL") on the side of
the water tank (see arrow in the figure) that indicates the maximum permissible water level in the tank.
Never add any aggressive additives (e.g. chemical cleaners) to water, as they could damage the plastic
parts of the cordless handheld vacuum cleaner such as hoses, pump, and housing. You can add a little mild
detergent.
• Plug the water tank with the rubber stopper.
When using the spray feature, hold the cordless handheld vacuum cleaner at an angle of about 45° and press and
hold the spray button (5) until water comes out from the spray nozzle (2). You can release the button at any time to
stop spraying water.
Empty the water tank if the spray feature is not needed. Remove the water tank lid and drain the water. Briefly press
the spray button (5) repeatedly to remove residual water in the hoses and pump. Allow the water tank to dry well on
the inside, if necessary, before replacing the rubber cap and resuming operation of the cordless handheld vacuum
cleaner.
At the bottom of the water tank there is a fine filter. Use a small, soft brush to carefully remove any soiling
on the fine filter. Do not apply pressure on the fine filter to avoid damaging it!
