ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
POLISHING MACHINES
• Only switch the machine on and off while holding
the polishing wheel to the surface to be polished.
• Only apply a light pressure to the machine.
• When dry-polishing, always wear a dust mask.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the
machine.
• Use only a limited amount of polishing paste.
Using to much paste could cause the polishing
cover to slide off the polishing wheel.
• Always follow the instructions supplied by the
manufacturer of the polishing paste used.

plate.

ASSEMBLY (FIG A)
1. Thread the handle (3) clockwise in the opening
of the housing
The handle can be mounted for both right
and left handed users.
2. Place the polishing wheel (7) on the spindle (6).
3. Press the spindle lock (4) and tighten the
hexagonal flange with the hex key.
4. Attach the polishing pad (8) to the polishing
wheel.
