6. Assembling the LEADER

The LEADER 20 must be assembled correctly before starting up.
Assembling the fixing bracket and wheels
The axle (6) is pushed into both of the holes provided along with
both fixing bracket spacer sleeves (9+10) and fixing bracket (5).
The fixing bracket is bent upwards when doing this.
Ensure that the longer sleeve (9) is placed on the right and the
shorter sleeve (10) on the left.
Both wheel spacer sleeves (8) are fitted from the outside at the end.
Tip: It works best if you place the hose trolley upright. The two holes
for the axle are located left and right below (fig. 1).
There are 2 springs located on the underside of the hose trolley
which are used to keep the fixing bracket close to the hose (fig. 2).
They are hooked onto the fixing bracket so that it is always under
slight tension (fig. 3). Simply tilt the fixing bracket upwards towards
the hose, stretch the springs and hook them.
Finally, the two wheels (3) are pushed on and attached using the
corresponding circlips (7, fig. 4).
Next, the two wheel hub caps (4) can be fitted appropriately.
Assembling the handlebar (2)
Loosen the screws and fix the handleba (fig. 5) appropriately. Use a
hex key to do this.
