Cause
• No GROHE account available
• Not logged-in to Google or
Facebook account
• Configuration mode / access point
not activated
• The GROHE under-sink device
is out of reception range
• Filter not screwed in fully
• Operating knob not in the "Off"
position
Remedial action
- Log-in using a new GROHE account
- Log-in using an existing Google or Facebook account
- Activate Wi-Fi on the smartphone and ensure permanent
access to internet. If only other wireless networks are
shown, then contact GROHE customer service.
- Change the location of the router
- Use a Wi-Fi repeater
- Screw in filter 1½ – 2 turns.
- Move the operating knob to the "Off" position and then
turn it to still water.
