VIII. OPERATION
1.
Set the WARMING&LIGHT (3) switch to ON
position.
2.
Set the EAT (2) switch to ON position, add oil, wait
for oil to heat up (3-4 minutes).
3.
Then set the STIRRER switch to ON position, add
corn kernels (and sugar if required), cover with lid
– wait for all the kernels to pop. Remove from pot
suing the lever by the pot to tip out the popcorn.
4.
Please note that during the production of popcorn,
the door needs to be closed so that the hot popcorn
cannot escape and cause burns.
5.
You can repeat this procedure as often as you want
to. It only takes approximately 2 minutes until the
corn pops steadily.
6.
Do not let any oil drop on the hot plate as it can
result in a fire. WARNING: Do not let any water
drip on the plate during the popcorn popping
procedure.
7.
The device is equipped with a thermostat. If the
temperature exceeds the maximum the machine
switches off automatically to ensure the required
safety.
ATTENTION: The pot has to be emptied and the heating
turned off as soon as the frequency (approx. 2-3 seconds)
of popping slows down. Only like this, burning of sugar
and popcorn as well as damage to the coating can be
prevented. It is not always possible for all corn to pop.
Remove residues after every production cycle. We cannot
assume liability for damages to the pot's coating due to
improper use.
IX. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Switch off the device and disconnect the power plug
in order to prevent accidents when cleaning the
machine.
2.
To clean the device from the outside, use a wet cloth
with some corrosion protection. DO NOT clean the
machine with water as it can damage the electric
function of the device.
3.
If the device is not used for a prolonged period of
time, unplug the power plug.
4.
DO NOT clean the inside of the device with hard
metallic objects, as this will damage the coating of
the machine.
X. TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
During transport, the machine should be protected
from shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.
