D. Replacement of meter disc
1. Remove the top cover of the automa-­
tism (bolt with hexagon head SW A F
¼"). Use special tool: Kinetico item No.
9999.
2. Take out the plastic mushroom together
with the O-­ring and the spring.
3. When taking out the existing meter disc
take care not to remove or move other
parts in the control element.
4. When installing the new meter disc,
push the top blocking device (catch)
aside with a small screwdriver.
5. Replace the spring and the plastic
mushrom with the O-­ring and fasten the
cover. The pin protruding from the under
side of the cover must be at position 5
o'clock.
6. Press the cover back in place – if the
cover cannot be pushed home manually
– check if all pins/parts have been pla-­
ced correctly.
7. Wrong tting of the meter disc will cause
the plant to get operating trouble after a
short while and i twill supply hard water.
Consequently, it is very important that
this is carried out with the greatest care.
