4. When starting the engine immediately after refilling the empty fuel
tank, prime the fuel lines by setting the throttle lever to the lower
position (0) and pulling the starter cord several times until fuel is
visible in the line.
5. Set the throttle lever to position (1).
6. Place the device on a stable surface and press it down with one hand.
Using your other hand, pull the starter cord holder vigorously. If
necessary, repeat it up to 5 times. If the device fails to start,
discontinue attempts to avoid flooding the engine.
- Do not use excessive force when pulling on the starter cord holder.
- Do not pull the starter cord out completely. Do not make any sudden
moves as it may cause the pull cord to recoil and lead to sprains,
bruises, etc.
- Do not let the starter cord go freely when you want it to return to
the initial position.
7. When starting a cold engine, allow it to idle for about 2-3 minutes
until it reaches the working temperature.
8. Adjust engine speed by moving the throttle lever to the appropriate
positions.
Caution: The engine should not be running at top speed at no load for more
than 3-5 minutes. Failure to follow this advice may result in damage to engine
parts.
