HOW TO USE YOUR CHOPPER
The knife is intended for chopping, mixing, blending all kinds of tough food (e.g. fruit,
vegetables, nuts, almonds, meat without bones, tendons and skin) or for preparing purée.
Do not use the knife for processing any dough!
1) Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2) Place the blade P9 on the centre pin of the chopper bowl P10. Always place the chopper
bowl on the anti-slip base.
3) Place the food in the chopper bowl.
4) Place the blade gear box adapter P8 on the chopper bowl.
5) Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
6) Press switch 1 or 2 to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with
one hand and the chopper bowl/jug the other. The maximum time of processing is 60 sec.
Then wait for 1 – 5 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
7) After use, turn the motor unit off the blade gear box adapter.
8) Then remove the gear box adapter from the chopper bowl.
9) Carefully take out the blade.
10) Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
Recommendation
– Before processing, cut bigger pieces of food into cubes of about 3 x 3 x 3 cm.
– Never crush very hard ingredients with the sickle–shaped knife, such as coffee beans,
nutmeg, ice cubes, and grains etc.! The knife would be blunt soon.
– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before
processing.
– The longer you process the food, the smoother the result will be.
– If you chop hard cheese or chocolate, work for a short time. It is because the ingredients
are heated excessively by chopping, they become softer and they can become lumpy.
