ACCESSORY INSTALLATION
Slide the immersion mixer P6 onto the drive unit P1 and secure it by slight pushing till the
blocking snaps in. For removing the mixer, push the blocking button P5 and remove the adapter.
HOW TO USE THE HAND BLENDER
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby
food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
1) The steps to install the blender stick are described in " Accessory Installation".
2) Introduce the hand blender in the measuring bowl. Then press the control switch level
1 or the switch level 2 (MAX). The maximum time of processing is 60 sec. Then wait for
1 – 5 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
3) You can use the hand blender in the measuring bowl and just as well in any other vessel.
When blending directly in the saucepan while cooking take hand blender from overheating.
4) Turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.
Recommendation
– It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process very hard
materials (e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before
processing.
– The longer you process the food with the mixer, the smoother the result will be.
– In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk), never fill in the container P7 up to the gauge
mark „MAX" to prevent overflowing.
– If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, mix the ingredients with
spatula, take some part of the ingredients or add a little liquid.
