• First check the relay switch LEDs.
• If the blue LED does not flash quickly, first
reset the relay switch such that it is in "EZ
mode". Refer to the "Resetting the Wi-Fi
relay switch" section.
• If the blue LED flashes quickly, check the
box (small square in the figure) for the lower
button to turn blue and get activated.
• Then tap the bottom blue button in the app.
Should any problems occur in the
course of further configuration and
the device not be found, you can
switch to "AP mode" (see square at
the top right). In this case, the relay
switch must also be switched to
"AP mode". Refer to the "Resetting
the Wi-Fi relay switch" section.
Follow the instructions in the app.
• The new device is being searched for and
set up. This can take several minutes. If
everything is OK, the display should look
something like the figure on the right.
• Tap the pencil icon to assign an individual
name to the new device.
• If you have previously created a profile with
rooms, you can assign the device to a room.
Tap the desired room under the name of the
device so that it is highlighted with a dark
background.
• Finally, tap the blue lettering at the top to
complete the setup.
• The newly added device is now displayed on the main page (see first figure in the next
section).
• If you created a room at the beginning, the room is also displayed on the main page.
• The device (if any) assigned to a room is also shown under the respective room.
• If you tap to switch to a room, you will only see the devices that are linked to that room.
Operation
a) Operation in the app
• Tapping the small arrow under the name of
the device on the app's main page exposes
the two buttons underneath.
• Here you can switch the respective channel
on and off by tapping.
• Tapping the button for the device takes
you to the page with advanced operating
functions and settings.
• Likewise, the respective channel can be
switched on and off by tapping either of the
two buttons in the middle.
• Both channels can be switched on using the
button at the bottom left and off using the
button at the bottom right.
• The two lower buttons in the middle can
be used to programme a timer or set a
countdown to switch either of the two
channels or both of them on and off at a
certain time.
• The respective channel can be renamed by
tapping and holding the respective button in
the middle. Then you can change the name
of the channel and save it.
• Tapping the pencil icon at the top right opens
the current device's settings.
Here you can update the firmware or, for
example, connect the device to Alexa or
Google Assistant.
b) Manual operation using a button
The description below refers to either of the two channels and the respective switch.
The same applies to another channel.
• With the consumer switched off, press the button to switch it on.
• Pressing the button again with the consumer switched on switches the consumer off.
• The current status is displayed in the app. Tapping the button in the app works the same way
as pressing the button.
The consumer switched on by tapping the button in the app can be switched off by pressing
the button.
c) Operation using a toggle switch
• When the consumer is off, it can be switched on by switching on the toggle switch.
• Switching off the toggle switch with the consumer switched on switches the consumer off.
To switch off the consumer in the app with the toggle switch on, you must first switch
off the toggle switch before you can switch on the consumer again.
• Optionally, the toggle switch can be used as a button.
When the consumer is off, it can be switched on by quickly switching the toggle switch on and
off. Everything works the same way as with the button. If you quickly switch the toggle switch
on and off again, the consumer will switch off.
