8.2 Error codes

Error code Meaning
No cookware was detected
Circuit failure
Temperature senor
short circuit or open circuit
/ Abnormal supply voltage
Abnormal temperature
/ Failure of the temperature
sensor of the IGBT
Communication failure
Moisture / spilled liquid
on the control panel
If an error code is still displayed after the solution attempts,
contact customer service or a certified electrician.

What to do
Place suitable cookware in the middle of
the corresponding cooking zone
(see chapter on cookware).
Contact customer service or a certified
electrician.
Switch off the appliance and make sure
that the power supply is normal.
Only if this is the case, turn the hob back on.
Restart the hob after the temperature has
returned to normal.
Ensure that the ventilation paths are not
blocked and that the cooling fan operates
normally.
When the temperature has returned to nor-
mal, restart the hob.
Contact customer service or a certified
electrician.
Clean and dry the control panel.
