• To completely switch off the appliance:
- place the knob (14) yo position "0"; the LED (15) switches off.
Disconnect the plug from the power socket.

4 - HUMIDIFIER FUNCTION

• To use this function:
- Extract the tray (5) from the appliance body (1) (fig. 10).
- Remove the humidifier (16) from the tray (5) (fig. 11).
- Fill the tray (5) with clean water until the "MAX" mark (fig. 11)
The use of purified water is advised.
- Insert the humidifier (16) in the tray (5) (fig. 12).
- Shake the tray (5) to moisten the sponge of the humidifier (fig. 12).
- Position the tray (5) in the appliance body (1) (fig. 13).
• When the appliance is switched on, press "I" (ON) on the switch (12); the LED
on the switch lights up and the humidifier function activates (also when the
appliance is off) (fig. 14).
• The appliance is equipped with a timer which switches of the humidifier after 8
hours of operation. In that case, repeat the operations described above if you
want to restart the function.
It is advised not to use the humidifier function if the level of water
in the tray (5) is below the "MIN" level.
Press "0" (OFF) on the switch (15).

5 - OVERHEAT PROTECTION

• This heater is protected with overheat protection that switches off the appliance
automatically in case of severe overheating
In this case:
- unplug the appliance;
- wait about 30 minutes for it to cool;
- remove any possible cause of overheating, eg. something covering the
heater;
- check for damage to the appliance, the cord and the plug.
