CONDUCTING THE THERAPY SESSION
The sequence of the session, the zones, on which the treatment im-
pact is carried out, frequency of laser radiation and time of exposure
are indicated in the Methodical manual or in an individual doctor's
prescription.
For each zone, the following types of treatment impacts are available:
■
laser therapy without TENS-therapy (Frequency is specified in the column
"Frequency" of the Methodical Manual, a dash is in the column "TENS")
■
laser therapy in combination with TENS-therapy (Frequency is speci-
fied in the column "Frequency" of the Methodical Manual, TENS inten-
sity is specified in the column "TENS")
■
only TENS-therapy (a dash is in the column "Frequency" of the Me-
thodical Manual, TENS intensity is specified in the column "TENS").
It is impossible to carry out TENS-therapy with a protective light-
guide nozzle [K2] screwed in the device aperture.
Unscrew it by turning it counterclockwise and put it in a safe place.
For each zone:

In accordance with the recommendations contained in the Methodi-
cal Manual or in an individual doctor's prescription:

– by pressing the button
required laser frequency: 5 Hz, 50 Hz, 1000 Hz,
VAR (variable frequency).
If none of the frequency indicators [1] is illuminated
(a dash is in the column «Frequency» of the Me-
thodical Manual), only TENS-therapy is conducted;
– by pressing the button
posure time: 1 min, 2 min, 5 min.
