SAFETY MEASURES
OPERATION
• After cooking, turn off the hot plates.
• Be careful when cooking using oil or fat: these products are easily
flammable.
• Take care not to burn yourself during and after using the cooktop.
• Do not allow the cables of stationary or mobile equipment to touch
the glass surface of the cooktop or hot cookware.
• Do not bring magnetizable objects (credit cards, floppy disks,
calculators) close to the cooktop.
• It is forbidden to place any metal objects on the glass surface, with
the exception of heat-resistant containers, since in the case of
prolonged exposure or under the effect of residual heat this can lead
to strong heating, melting and even fire.
• Do not cover the cooktop with a cloth or protective cover as this may
cause them to become very hot and catch fire.
