    4. MOVING THE MACHINE This machine is fitted with castors to make it easier to move. Take care when moving the machine on an inclined surface. The overall height of the machine is 2310mm. Take care of any overhead obstructions. (e.g. Light Fittings, Electric Cables etc.) When moving the game, ensure that the game is dis-assembled into 4 parts: Monitor Assemblies, Coin Tower, and Header Assembly.

The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is important that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is available.

    5-4 Fitting the Pedal Assembly Connect the connector between the pedal assy and coin tower assy. Slacken the Flange socket head screws (M6x20) retaining the pedal brackets. Place the pedal assy between the pedal brackets and fit, finger tight, the supplied 4off flange socket head screws (M5x12) taking care not to trap any wires.

Remove the 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring washers and square flat washers. Lift the Monitor approx 10cm from the monitor base and then move it forwards or backwards clear of the monitor base.

    7-3 Replacing the Pedal Switch Remove 4off security screw (M5x12) and remove the switch cover plate. Remove 2off pozi head screw (M3x16) and remove the switch. When replacing the switch, ensure that the wires are fitted to the correct terminals. Slacken the 2off whizztite nuts (M4) and adjust the microswitch bracket so that the switch plunger operates the switch correctly without bending the switch lever against the switch body.

Remove 4off whizztite nuts (M4) and remove the plaunger assembly. Note: The plunger is spring loaded. Keep the plunger pressed in when removing the assy and release the plunger slowly.
